Walking Netball 2022
Our Walking Netball league will commence in Term 2 on Wednesday evenings.
We are having a "Give it a Go" day on Wednesday 25th May from 6pm. This is your chance to give it a go and see what it's all about! Don't worry if you don't have a team - you can join in with others.
Registrations are NOW OPEN.
Come join us for a fun, more relaxed (but still competitive of course!) version of netball!

What's Walking Netball about?
Walking Netball is a modified version of the game that provides less impact than traditional netball, and is perfect for those returning to the game, recovering from injury, or simply just wanting a slower-paced version of the game.
Rules of Walking Netball:
The rules of Walking Netball are the same as International Netball Rules except for the following:
- A player must have one foot in contact with the court at all times, this means no running or jumping is allowed
- A player may receive the ball with one foot grounded and then take two steps while in possession of the ball before it is thrown or shot
- A player may hold the ball for 4 seconds before passing or shooting
- Games consist of 4 x 10 minute quarters with 1 minute between quarters
